These models are REFURBISHED and may have COSMETIC DAMAGE such as scratches, dents, or marks, on the body and/or window of the incubator. They have been tested and cleaned by us in-house and repaired if needed. Additionally some units may have the OLDER TYPE WINDOW without the handle on it.
