Return and Refund Policy

You can request to return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Returned items must be in the same, unused condition as they were received.

Used or refurbished items are ineligible for returns. Specific items, such as the nebulizer compressor, are ineligible for returns, and are specified as such on the product detail page. Return labels are NOT provided unless the item arrived in damaged condition.
