    Shipping was delayed due to a storm and then I wasn’t home to receive the incubator on the 2nd time UPS tried to deliver. I called and they were able to redirect my incubator to a pick up spot. 10/10 customer service Nikki!!

    I bought your Rcom 380 in 2018 and have had extremely good service from it over the years. Once, I had a bad automatic turner. It took two months but it arrived from Korea in great shape. This year, I could not get my machine to dial in on my target temperature and humidity. After several attempts, I called the company and Neil answered the phone. He answered every question I had and decided that I needed a new sensor. I had bought one two years ago and I installed it. Neil followed up with me by email for several days and helped me through the process of getting the machine programmed. He even answered my emails on Sunday! As of tonight, I think I have my machine stabilized and I’m ready to set eggs. I must say, I have never received better, more professional, and courteous service that Neil has provided. He is a real credit to your business.
