I have been so impressed with both the product and the service of this company. It’s nice to have a company that is actually offering replacement parts so that the entire unit doesn’t end up in the trash and an additional pleasure to interact with a real human being to troubleshoot any order issues. I was proactively called by a member of staff to ask a question about a possible duplication in my order. That’s the kind of Customer Service that goes well above and beyond anything that we are normally experiencing these days. Well done Niel and thank you Rcom!

Bought a 50. Worked great ! Bought a 20 and had some issues but the company was fantastic, fixed it and now it’s perfect. Just bought a mini. Should be here soon. 85+% hatch rate
