I bought your Rcom 380 in 2018 and have had extremely good service from it over the years. Once, I had a bad automatic turner. It took two months but it arrived from Korea in great shape. This year, I could not get my machine to dial in on my target temperature and humidity. After several attempts, I called the company and Neil answered the phone. He answered every question I had and decided that I needed a new sensor. I had bought one two years ago and I installed it. Neil followed up with me by email for several days and helped me through the process of getting the machine programmed. He even answered my emails on Sunday! As of tonight, I think I have my machine stabilized and I’m ready to set eggs. I must say, I have never received better, more professional, and courteous service that Neil has provided. He is a real credit to your business.

I purchased the Rcom 190 incubator and had successful hatching. An issue arose with the heating unit and I contacted Neil and within alittle over a week, Neil had me a new heating unit. The incubators are excellent and the Company exceptional and stands behind their products!! Neil is very professional, knowledgeable and goes beyond to assist in whatever problems should occur. Will definitely purchase their products again and highly recommend this company! Thank you Neil
We purchased three of the largest Rcom incubators over a thirteen month period from one of the largest suppliers of poultry and bee/honey equipment in the nation. One unit malfunctioned three days beyond its warranty. Neil quickly diagnosed the problem by phone. The company I purchased the unit from said they would cover the cost because it was so close to warranty and I was a valued customer. I actually expected that. When that company determined how much it was going to cost they changed their minds. I then begin dealing directly with Neil who arranged for the replacement part to be air freighted from Korea directly to me at no cost. To put this in perspective, the freight alone was $295 US dollars and the outfit I purchased it from said the part would be $375 plus freight.
I have owned and operated multimillion dollar businesses for 50 years. I cannot remember being treated so well. Thank you Neil.
