Bought a 50. Worked great ! Bought a 20 and had some issues but the company was fantastic, fixed it and now it’s perfect. Just bought a mini. Should be here soon. 85+% hatch rate

Shipping was delayed due to a storm and then I wasn’t home to receive the incubator on the 2nd time UPS tried to deliver. I called and they were able to redirect my incubator to a pick up spot. 10/10 customer service Nikki!!
