Always great customer service, always fast shipping and always transparent about any issues/delays. I’ve come to rely on their authenticity.

Shipping was delayed due to a storm and then I wasn’t home to receive the incubator on the 2nd time UPS tried to deliver. I called and they were able to redirect my incubator to a pick up spot. 10/10 customer service Nikki!!

This was the easiest purchase we’ve ever made for our small rescue. I cannot thank you guys enough! We’ve been able to save countless kittens this year and even a squirrel!
